ECO 4 Eligibility Information
- In order to benefit from the ECO4 Scheme you must own your own home or have the permission of your landlord, including if your property is owned by a social housing provider or a management company.
- Unfortunately the ECO4 does not cover anyone who lives in either a Council or Housing Association type of property
